INSTALLATION GUIDE
WARNING:
Turn OFF the electrical supply at the circuit breaker before installation. Installation must only be carried out by a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to install the fan yourself. Do not use the inverter fans with a dimmer regulator, as this may damage the product and void the warranty.
CAUTION:
Improper installation may result in fire, electric shock, or personal injury. Ensure the fan is connected to a properly grounded outlet box.
It is essential that the fan blades are installed at least 2.3 meters above the floor and with adequate clearance from walls, furniture, and other objects.
If the fan operates abnormally, switch OFF the power immediately and contact qualified service personnel for inspection.
Note: Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
CLEANING:
Disconnect the electrical supply before cleaning. Use a soft cloth with a mild neutral cleaning agent to clean the fan, then wipe dry with a clean cloth. Do not immerse the motor housing in water.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All inverter fans and non-inverter fans are covered with a 2-year motor repair warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or customer mishandling.
- Motor burnout caused by voltage fluctuations, electrical surges, or water seepage (except waterproof models) is not covered under warranty.
- Proper wiring and installation must be carried out according to the instruction manual.
- Warranty will become void if the fan or controller is connected to a dimmer.
- Physical damage or breakage of fan parts is not covered under warranty.
- Remote controls, controllers, capacitors, and other accessories are covered only against manufacturing defects.
WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS:
• The original warranty card must be properly completed, signed, and stamped by the authorized dealer.
• Warranty cards with alterations, overwriting, or missing information will not be accepted.
• Inspection and approval by the authorized service team are required before repair or replacement.
SERVICE & REPLACEMENT:
• Products with manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired may qualify for replacement upon approval by the authorized service provider.
• Replacement warranty is valid for 10 days from the purchase date only.
• After the replacement period, repair or replacement charges may apply for non-warranty cases.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The company shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the product.
