Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Returned in original packaging
  • Free from physical damage or electrical misuse

Non-Returnable Conditions

Certain conditions void eligibility for return or exchange, including:

  • Dropped or physically damaged fan bodies
  • Bent or damaged blades
  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Damage caused by over-voltage or incorrect power supply
  • Self-repair or tampering with internal circuitry

Replacement & Repair Policy

If your product qualifies for return under our policy:

  • You may request a replacement (if applicable)
  • Or we will repair the product and dispatch it within 5–7 working days

We do not offer direct refunds except in verified special cases approved by our support team.

Warranty Coverage

All Akbar Fans products come with:

  • 2-Year Motor Warranty
  • 1-Year Circuit Warranty

Refunds (Special Cases Only)

Refunds are only processed in special, approved cases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding:

  • Approval or rejection of the refund
  • Further processing steps (if approved)

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a defined processing period.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fair claim handling, an unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claims.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package being opened
  • Show the condition of the product at first unboxing
  • Be unedited and continuous

Without an unboxing video, damage-related claims may not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
  3. If still unresolved, contact us directly

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
